3. Stay Active

Between classes, studying and activities it can be challenging to find time or energy to get a workout in. However, even if you exercise for even a short period it is proven to relieve stress, anxiety, depression. We recommend that you walk or bike to class, join an intramural team, take a fitness class or be try something new with friends! By making daily activity a priority it will become a natural habit.
