Summer break is officially over which means we're heading back to campus. Summer was a great time to relax and recharge but now its time to get back to the hustle and bustle. The beginning of the school year is overwhelming and exciting at the same time. Here are three tips to make that transition a bit BRITE'r...
1. Meal Prep
Meal prepping makes our lives a lot easier!. When you plan meals in advanced you know exactly what you need to buy instead of going to the grocery store a few times a week to pick up last-minute costly essentials. Bringing a lunch to class is great way to save money too. By bringing a prepared lunch filled with your favorite tasty and nutritious foods you're investing in your health and free of buying pricey meals at lunchtime.

2. Get Organized <.span>
Its human nature to lose things however we all hate when we do. Organization is very rewarding! Being organized can declutter your mind, release stress, and save you time. We love getting our calendar organized for the school year ahead too! It allows you to keep track of important deadlines and meetings. https://www.neathousesweethome.com/10-reasons-why-you-should-be-organized/
3. Stay Active
Between classes, studying and activities it can be challenging to find time or energy to get a workout in. However, even if you exercise for even a short period it is proven to relieve stress, anxiety, depression. We recommend that you walk or bike to class, join an intramural team, take a fitness class or be try something new with friends! By making daily activity a priority it will become a natural habit.
We wish everyone a happy and healthy school year!
