Mornings can be stressful but this isn't a reason to skip breakfast. We have perfected our morning oatmeal, that will keep you satisfied for hours. This is packed with healthy carbs, protein and fats plus probiotics!
- Gluten Free Oats
- Oat milk
- Microwave for 1 minute and then stir
- Add 1/2 frozen banana, cinnamon, and chia seeds
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Chop up a BRITE bar (We used PB + Oats)
- Chia seeds
- Strawberries and walnuts
- Drizzle with nut butter of choice
