5 minute gut and brain healthy oatmeal

Mornings can be stressful but this isn't a reason to skip breakfast. We have perfected our morning oatmeal, that will keep you satisfied for hours. This is packed with healthy carbs, protein and fats plus probiotics!

Recipe details:

  • Gluten Free Oats
  • Oat milk
  • Microwave for 1 minute and then stir
  • Add 1/2 frozen banana, cinnamon, and chia seeds
  • Microwave for 1 minute
Toppings
  • Chop up a BRITE bar (We used PB + Oats) 
  • Chia seeds
  • Strawberries and walnuts
  • Drizzle with nut butter of choice
